Marigold - Linnaeus Burning Embers

   These were my absolutely favourite to grow last year! They grew so quickly, and became such a large vibrant red, yellow and orange bee haven. Now has become apart of my garden every year. 

   They start early and are one of the last flowers still blooming in to late fall. Keeping the pests away and feeding the bees all summer and fall.

   Marigolds are extremely easy to grow from seed and are a perfect garden companion to many vegetable plants helping protect them from many pests like aphids, thrips, cabbage worms, and so much more!

   If you are like me, and like to save your seeds from your plants you grew, one maybe two of these seed packs will stock your seed catalog for life. Making it a very sustainable variety!

Planting guide:

Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost, or start outside once danger of frost is gone. I personally find the best germination rate from starting indoors and they are super easy to transplant!

Fully mature in about 70 days.

They love the FULL sun! ☀️ but can tolerate a little afternoon shade.
